United kingdom

University of Southampton
CIRU operates as an applied research and enterprise unit within the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Southampton, UK. The Faculty of Medicine leads innovative learning and discovery for better health across the life course and we are just 1 of 14 of their enterprise/trading units.

NHS Wessex / NHS Genomic Medicine Centre
We are in collaboration with Genomics England where the GMC Southampton team use EDGE in managing and recording information for the 100,000 Genomes Project.
The Wessex GMC is one of 13 centres across the country involved in the study.

National Institute of Health and Care Research (NIHR)
The National Institute of Health and Care Research (NIHR) is the largest national clinical research funder in Europe and we work closely with them on a number of projects including a UK wide systems integration program and a data standards and implementation working party.

Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium
The Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) is a global, nonprofit charitable organisation that develops data standards to streamline clinical research and enable connections to healthcare.

Carelink
Carelink provides secure network and hosting services to the UK pharmacy and healthcare market. We host the UK version of EDGE using the Carelink service.

Commonwealth Centre for Digital Health
The Commonwealth Centre for Digital Health has the vision to strategically digitalise the health system across the components identified in the Commonwealth’s Systems Framework for Healthy Policy (SFHP) to build sustainable health systems that act as a common good for all.

Global Health Network
The Global Health Network drives faster progress by sharing methods and processes to raise standards, remove duplication and enable faster transfer of evidence into practice.

Cystic Fibrosis Trust
The Cystic Fibrosis Trust are working towards a brighter future for everyone with cystic fibrosis by funding cutting-edge research, driving up standards of care and supporting people with the condition and their loved ones every step of the way. We work closely with them in supporting real time data.

University of Sussex
The University of Sussex is a leading research-intensive university near Brighton. We have both an international and local outlook, with staff and students from more than 100 countries and frequent engagement in community activities and services.

Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene
Since 1907, the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) has been dedicated to improving tropical medicine and global health. Through their network of members across the world, they facilitate research, share knowledge, guide lifelong careers, and drive impact.

Every Breath Counts
The Every Breath Counts Coalition is the world’s first public-private partnership to support national governments to end preventable child pneumonia deaths by 2030. Their goal is to reduce the number of children dying from pneumonia to less than 3 deaths per 1,000 live births by 2030.

ACDM
The Association for Clinical Data Management (ACDM) represents professionals working in the management of clinical data. Founded over 30 years ago, they have been at the forefront of changes in all aspects of the management of clinical data in clinical trials. ACDM have supported their members through training, conferences, discussions and information provision.

HICSS
The HICSS development team have over twenty years of experience in developing and supporting world class clinical systems. They work with a number of NHS organisations including Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust.

FormsVision BV is an international clinical development company located in the Netherlands. We have been working closely with them since 2010 in supplying the ALEA eCRF system. The ALEA system was original developed with the Dutch National Cancer Institute (NKI) with EU FP7 Funding

The Faculty of Health Sciences from The University of Cape Town have the vision to be a center of excellence in health sciences that is locally relevant and globally competitive. The UCT Clinical Research Centre is another partner from the University of Cape Town.

Ministry of Health, Ghana
The Ministry of Health seeks to improve the health status of all people living in Ghana, working in partnership with its agencies and stakeholders aiming to improve the human capital thus "creating wealth through health" through the development and implementation of proactive policies that will ensure improved health and vitality.

Ghana Health Service
The Ghana Health Service is a Ghanaian government body established in 1996 as part of the Health Sector Reform of Ghana. The Health Service is under the Ministry of Health. The Health service primarily administrates the health services provided by the government and in implementing government policies on healthcare.

Canadain Cancer Clinical Trials Network

We are working closely with Microsoft Research, Microsoft Health EMEA and Health & Social Services Asia, on the adoption of cloud based approaches to health research and care. This includes the use of HPC compute in Azure for Genomics and bioinformatics.

Health Informatics Society of Sri Lanka is the professional association for the Sri Lankan medical, health and IT professionals, academics and students who are interested in Medical and Health Care Informatics. HISSL is open for medical doctors, dentists, nurses, paramedical and more.
